This congress will be held at the imperial city of Marrakech of April 7-9, 2010.

The first edition of this congress held in 2007, had gathered more than 100 international scientists from many countries. This edition considered successful by the whole of the participants as well on the scientific level as organizational, had made it possible to have the last results of research relating to medical radiations and their applications. Eminent researchers presented plenary conferences of great scientific quality around the topics of the congress.

By taking account of the recommendations of the participants of RMRA'2007 and by multiplying the efforts, the Steering Committee of RMRA'2010 promises that this second demonstration will be successful than the first and with the height of waitings of the participants.

This second edition will give place to the presentation of new relative results with the fields of the imagery, radiotherapy, radiobiology, radiological physics, nuclear medicine, dosimetry, modeling and simulation. It will also make it possible to widen the discussions and the exchanges between the researchers implied in the study and the exploitation of the various types of radiations in the medical field.

The scientific objectives this congress are as follows:

- To present the state of the art of the various topics of the congress.

- To give a progress report on the impact of the interaction of the various scientific and technical disciplinary fields (Medicine, Biology, Mathematics, Physics,…) on the applications of radiations in medicine.

- To promote the interdisciplinary efforts of research between researchers.

- To present new technologies and the research tasks and development prepared in the field of medical radiations.

- To contribute to the emergence of new ideas of research and development of new collaborations.

Congress RMRA'2010 will be enriched by the organization by two workshops in radiobiology and medical physics.
